The Den is a hybrid - modern wine bar designed as a personal living room, the main inspirations are private wine tasting cellars in Châteaux across Italy and Frances. The color tones are that of wine, barrels, peat and natural wood. The discerning cellar serves paired wines by the glass with modern French and Japanese cuisine, the menu and other designs are inspired by wine notes and old cardboard style labels for wines and other spirits. The venue also doubles up as a holding area for the adjacent restaurant, cocktail bar and a performance stage.
